Notification Services

To get the latest updates about your air travel, you can opt to receive text alerts to your mobile phone through the SMS (short message service) or e-mail alerts.

Flight schedule changes Immediately upon flight schedule change/cancellation. It will be sent to all numbers on the reservation.

Note

  • Notice is also provided to passengers who made bookings through travel agencies. (excluding notice on cancellation of advance seat selection)
  • Depending on the circumstances of the SMS provider, a message may be unsent, duplicated, or delayed.
  • Notice is sent to the cell phone number you entered during reservation.
  • You may not receive notice through SMS if you have applied for the anti-SPAM service with your network operator or set your cell phone.
  • Since November 2, 2015, notice has been sent through Kakao Talk notifications, instead of via SMS. (Korean Only)
  • You will receive notice through Kakao Talk notifications if you installed the Kakao Talk application on the cell phone for which the number was entered during reservation or SKYPASS registration. Notice will be sent through SMS if you have not installed the Kakao Talk application or have set your cell phone not to use data.
  • If you change USIM (SIM) card when traveling overseas, you may not receive KakaoTalk notifications as the phone numbers of your phone and the USIM card are different. (you may be able to use the Kakao Talk application, but cannot receive the Kakao Talk notifications).
